The Roadmap

Why We Exist: At its core, every non-profit exists to create meaningful change. We are committed to identifying the problem and working relentlessly to pursue a clear, defined end state.

The Problem
Christians rarely read the Puritans. This is largely due to lack of awareness, common misconceptions, and limited accessibility.

The Desired End State
To strengthen the church by expanding the number of people reading the Puritans—leading to deeper edification and growth in holiness.

Our Approach
Our Theory of Change is the blueprint that moves us from problem to solution. It defines how we execute our strategy and get from where we are to where we’re going—and that “how” is carried out through our two lines of effort: Awareness and Accessibility.

Why It Matters
A Theory of Change is a decision-making tool -- known in the US military as a Decision Support Matrix (DSM):

  • This helps us stay focused. Too many organizations experience mission creep—spreading themselves thin across countless initiatives that don’t solve the core problem.

  • We won’t drift. Like the Puritans, we are committed to clarity, focus, and staying the course.

The person is looking down at a chalk-drawn floor plan on the ground with red dashed arrows indicating a path through the rooms. There are small doodles of a flower, rocket, and smiley face drawn on the pavement around the plan.
