501(c)(3) Status

• Our tax exempt status is pending approval with the IRS. Once we receive their decision letter, we will provide access to it here.

IRS Form 990

• Our organization began operations in 2026 and have not yet filed a 990 return. Our fiscal year runs January-December so our first return will be filed in early 2027. When we file it, a copy of it will be uploaded to the site.

Annual Reports

• Each year, we plan to produce an annual report providing a synopsis of everything Read the Puritans accomplished along with all financials. The first one will be produced in early 2027 in conjunction with our filing the IRS form 990.
